ABSOLUTELY wonderful stay!

amazing staff delicious food enjoyable entertainment

The staff was AMAZING, attending to my every need. The food was DELICIOUS, offering many choices daily. The evening entertainment was also lovely, providing enjoyable shows and activities each night.

The bus service to the nearby town was infrequent. Waiting times were long, so I ended up using taxis. This added unexpected costs to my trip.

The hotel staff was helpful. They provided prompt service. i appreciated the spacious rooms and the complimentary drinks available. the hotel's location near local attractions allowed easy access. the gym included modern equipment. that i found useful.

The pool area was often crowded. This made it difficult to find available seating.

mixed experience at this hotel

poor aircon limited cocktails

the air conditioning in the room barely worked. it was a constant struggle to keep the temperature at a comfortable level. also, the selection of cocktails at the bar was surprisingly limited and somewhat uninspired, honestly. i expected more variety and creativity, but it seemed like they stuck to the basics.

wonderful hotel with really good service

clean room spacious room well kept gardens

the staff was very warm and cute from the minute i arrived. the room had everything i needed it was very clean and spacious. all areas around the hotel were well kept including the gardens and pool areas. i appreciate the availability of the sun loungers it was very good.

the meals were of good quality with an varied choice that catered to many preferences. i found some of my favorite dishes each night at the dinner buffet and enjoyed every meal. the breakfast restaurant staff greeted me with a smile each morning.

eager cleaner helpful reception

The rooms are excellent. I stayed in a sea view room. the cleaner was eager to make sure i was happy with my room and reception was helpful.

the bus service to the harbour was a bit hit and miss.
